Business Development Officer
As the business development officer, Katy serves as a gateway to the financial services provided by Cypress Wealth Management by developing and sustaining solid relationships with our clients. Katy believes in truly getting to know individuals, and their families, so Cypress can properly address the financial and emotional aspects of their wealth to pursue financial well-being. With her knowledge, experience, and desire to help, she guides the process to help Cypress deliver solutions to ease financial complexities, seek successful outcomes, and see that clients have confidence in their plan.
She is an alumna of Wake Forest University, where she studied sociology and communication. While attending Wake Forest, Katy played field hockey, helping her team win the ACC championship and play for the NCAA Championship.
Katy is active in the community and serves as a board member for the Howard Community College Educational Fund, the Howard West Rotary Club, and the Howard County Concert Odyssey. She resides in Sykesville, Maryland, with her husband, Travis, and their three children.
