Tia Dubose
Director of Operations
Tia is the Director of Operations for Cypress Wealth Management. After a successful career in management, Tia transitioned to the financial services industry in 2015, joining a large, well-known firm. Soon after, she discovered her passion to assist individuals with financial planning. In 2018, Tia joined Cypress, where she works directly with the firm’s principals to implement strategies and projects to help the practice run smoothly. Tia oversees major company-wide initiatives and communicates across departments to ensure proper workflow, which optimizes productivity and efficacy within the firm.
Tia is a lifelong resident of Maryland and lives in Prince George’s County with her husband and two children. She is an avid painter and designer in her spare time and enjoys giving back to her community.
